I'm not going to talk about yesterday.....Ok, what a load of junk. We played Ajaz twice yesterday, firstly with the U23s and then with the first team and got hammered in both games 2-3 and then 0 - 4, what a joke!

I'm sure Marcelo will have them fired up for Man.U and I'd suggest at this critical juncture as a new season approaches, players are a little fearful of being injured but even so! Nightmare. OK, let's move on.
Today is the turn of the Europa League qualifications and we will look at the game between the hated...

@nathen007's Prediction

It's the sixth time that Scottish Cup and League Cup winners have qualified for the qualifiers in the last ten years but St. Johnstone have never made the group stages.

All that could change tonight with a charged-up squad led by manager Callum Davidson ready to take the game to the Turkish giants.

Despite all the big talk, Galatasaray are going be massive favourites having finished runners up in the league last season and having a long and impressive record in Turkish football. They will want to avenge a Scottish beating by Rangers who ended their chances last year.

The tie is over 2 legs, both home and away so St, Johnstone will need to get a solid result if they want to have any chance of progressing to the next qualifying round and Galatasaray at home is a hell hole you don't want to be trying to claw out a result but that's exactly what they'll need to do.

With only an injury to Craig Bryson, St. Johnstone will have an almost full squad to choose from. Galatasaray are not unbeatable, they got hammered by PSX Eindhoven in the Champions League Qualifiers by 7-2 but it is going to be an uphill battle for the team from Perth.

Prediction: Galatasaray 4 : 0 St. Johnstone - First goal scorer: Sorloth

Simply write the name of the FIRST GOALSCORER and the CORRECT SCORE as a comment. The competition closes 5 minutes before kick-off which is 19.15 BST. (18.15 UTC)

The Small Print
In the first goal scorer competition, own goals do not count. In the correct score competition, it's the score after 90mins. Extra time and penalties do not count and the pot for each competition will roll over if there is no winner. If more than one person chooses the same first goal scorer or correct score, the prize is shared, and everyone gets a little upvote! It seems I also need to add, one entry per person. Don't forget the new rule that only people with a rep of 50 or above are eligible to enter unless they have been approved. The bonus will be added to any winnings ONLY if Leeds United win and/or Man U lose and all pay-outs will never exceed 50% of post pay-out. Other bonuses are paid out at my discretion.

And the Winners Were...

Thankfully no one! If anyone had of suggested Leeds would lose 0-4, I'd have banned you for life lol No worries, the pot rises up and the first goal scorer pot now stands at 9500 tokens!

HBI shares, one each go out today to @monsterbuster and @pthker2010

Congratulations to you guys and thanks to everyone for playing along. Could be a big score tonight and at 1/4 on favourites, you know who's going to win!
