Swimming is must by in top10 sports to be practiced it helps you develop maybe more than 90% of your muscles...
The best benefit out of it will be the breathing...

Very cool flashback reel, looks like you poured a lot of love into your Ironman journey!

I liked how there were drone shots, water shots, and 'fastforward' shots of some of your training drills. Great music too. Did you have a favorite part in the Ironman? 🙏

my favourite part is actually to be back training as professionally as I can, I missed it so much after I quit swimming professionally!
