Manchester United coach still hoping to seal Haaland deal this summer
Manchester United have long been looking for a new central defender to complement Harry Maguire, and the club remains interested in strengthening the right wing, with Jadon Sancho in particular being rumored to be the English big club. But it is the compatriot and Jadon Sancho's teammate, Erling Haaland, who is Ole Gunnar Solskjær's absolute dream victory.
Haaland is the player that Solskjær wants for Manchester United above all others, regardless of their position or the player. Haaland is a player that United believe they can build a team around for the next five or six years.
The United manager was also interested in the Norwegian striker last January, but had to watch the dream signing switch to Dortmund instead. However, he still wants to be reunited with his player whom he trained in Molde, and according to reports, Dortmund should be ready to sell the 20 year old star striker this summer if a club bids close to €75 million.
The Norwegian star shooter has scored 43 goals in 43 games for Dortmund since switching from RB Salzburg, which is why one can understand Solskjær's great interest in Haaland.
