The Necessity of Exercise || Liverpool and Frank Lampard Cases

There's no gain saying that exercise plays a lot of roles in the human body both inside and outside. On this premise, everyone is advised by health workers to always engage in exercise and sporting activities regularly as it helps to boost as well as improve one's health and state of the mind. The greatest wealth one can enjoy is good health and all-round physical fitness thus making exercise a necessity. If are not fit physically, your mind and thinking will definitely be affected. If you are not fit physically, your work will also suffer. This is to show you that physical fitness is necessary for all spheres of your life.

Let's take a look at professional footballers, basketballers, sprinters and other sport players. These people exercise and engage their bodies on regularly bases. This is the reason we rarely hear of them experiencing certain illnesses. Oftentimes, it is only sporting injuries that takes them out of action and not sicknesses. So, we see that exercise can help improve/strengthen one's immunity thereby giving our body cells more energy to fight bacterias and viruses. This is another good reason to take exercise seriously.

Some body illnesses will not come into play if we engage in exercises. Also, we will not have to take certain medicines and spend more money unnecessarily if only we make out time to always exercise. Away from the issue of health, exercise brings happy and joy. I don't think one can still carry a moody face or still be sad while exercise; that cannot happen. No matter how sad a person was, the moment he or she engages in exercise either individually or in a group, happiness and smiles will always spring forth.

Earlier today, I thought it wise to go out for a morning jogging and running. It was really really full of fun as few of my friends joined me in the little sport's adventure. We jogged about a distance of about 700 metres only and I ended up to be really exhausted. Asides jogging and running, we also engaged in other exercises like sit-ups and alot more. It was a really great moment and I look forward to exercising more often.

In addition, I'd like to share my thoughts on what is happening with Liverpool FC. I love Liverpool and I am really not happy about what is happening with the English Premier League defending champions. They may be out of form and performing badly in most competitions but I'm certain the season isn't over for them yet. Jurgen Klopp and the boys can still do something that would make this season a good one for the REDS! I hope they have victory in their next game against Tottenham Hotspur.

About the sacking of Frank Lampard, it was very imminent and it was just a matter of time. The club owner made a so unprofessional decision by making the blues legend a head coach. I'm not saying Frank Lampard isn't good but he would have begun as an assistant. Chelsea was a very big responsibility for him so, I am not surprised at his poor performances and overall poor results.
