Micheal Jordan winning dispute for trademark

We all know that Jordan logo tags only for Micheal Jordan and the Nike brand since the time he made name for himself as well. It really carves the logo only to Micheal Jordan and that the trademark should be on use according to the agreement between Nike and Micheal Jordan. But it seems that China-based sportswear is using that logo which Micheal Jordan really filed a legal dispute in order to maintain to Micheal Jordan use only.

With the news that Micheal Jordan wins the dispute regarding the trademark, I guess this is a good recognition to all that only Micheal Jordan has the legal right to use it.
