Gundogan shines as City humiliates West brom at The Hawthorns.
It's been a beautiful long run for Manchester City since the beginning of 2021 as they haven't lost nor drew any match in all competitions this year at all. City has played 8 matches so far in the year 2021 and they've won every single one of the matches, and that very act has made them the most dreadful in the English Premier league as we speak. City won against West brom last nigh to claim the league top ahead of Manchester United.

City took on West brom yesterday without some of their top players and most importantly their playmaker (KDB). KDB has been lost to injury and he's said to be fully fit by next month but then it came out so surprising that City could win with so much goals yesterday with KDB and any of their major No. 9 in the persons of Jesus and Aguero. I would personally say City defense line won the game yesterday because I am of the opinion that the likes of Mahrez and Sterling on the front line aren't that conscious of scoring goals anymore like they use to and that balled down to having the midfielders and defenders quite hungry to score more and more goals.
West Brom this season are yet to show any performances that could give their fans the hope that they won't be relegating back to the Championship after this season. The team's play pattern isn't mature at all. They don't have much strength on their front line and their defense isn't so well coordinated too. So far, West brom has been the worse among the three teams that promoted to the EPL this season, though they came as the best but they appeared as the worse in the EPL so far.
Gundogan has been on great form with City for the past few weeks now and that's getting him more playing time with Pep his team's Manager. I'm quite sure City can't afford to end this season without a trophy and they're currently opened to treble if they could win the league. They've currently ahead of Manchester United with just a point after both teams have player 19 games each and there are still 19 more matches to play by each teams.
