Manchester United keeps pre-season lively against Derby County.

I've been so busy and quite uninterested in football for some days now due to the funny loss England had in the Euro final. I just couldn't cry for them and I really felt Southgate should have won the match under the first 90 minutes but then, I just have to conclude that he isn't a better coach for the job at all.

England had an unexpected early goal in the first two minutes, it's normal and accurate to think and expect Italy to attack much more in search for goals but personally, I felt that should have been a beautiful opportunity for England to win. Italy would attack more and their defense would be opened a bit, and on the other hand, England has the most heaviest attacking strength which would have gotten them more goals if only they had attacked but foolishly, they tried to defend a single and early goal. That was incredibly annoying! But I'm not so surprised, I expected Southgate to make such mistake and he did, what a substandard Coach!

Let's Talk Beautiful United!

Manchester United had a terrific but powerful experience last season. It would have been more of just a beautiful and successful season if only they had won the UEL but unfortunately, they had it so red and painful.

It's almost a new season and a big deal and big thing has happened to United which is the signing of Jordan Sancho. That was actually a great need for the team but then, United still needs two solid signings which are a CB and a DM (Centre Defender and Defensive Midfielder). If United can get a good hold on fine players for these two positions, then as a fan, I can boldly say, we shall we lifting a trophy at the end of this new season knocking.

When I saw United's lineup for yesterday's match, I was quite happy, though I was expecting to see the big guys but when I saw all these youngsters, I was still very much happy for I haven't even seen or watch them play together like this before.

The lineup tells me more and helps me to think more on what Ole's agenda for this new season is. It's totally certain that the Norwegian Manager crave for depth in his squad this season which is one of the most important thing United needs to focus on for now.

Some of the team's youngsters had gone out to gather some experiences from various leagues through their loan movements last season. The likes of Chong, Garner, Mengi, Levitt, and Pellistri are the youngsters United let out to gather some experiences last season and seeing them play together yesterday shows how much they've learnt and improved.

Considering the Match yesterday.......

I was really impressed by United's use of the ball right from the onset till the very end of the game. There was much and enough attacks. The early goal from Chong, although it was a goal but I personally felt Chong still needs to work on his finishing skills but his movement and handling of ball is quite exquisite just like that of Vinicius in Real Madrid.

have you seen the best of Pellistri?

The youngster is just so much of talents that United can't afford to lose. He's a player with so much confidence, pace and visions. Watching him with the few minutes he played yesterday was enjoyable, and not to talk of his classical goal, the goal was the definition of his confidence for me. He would surely make a good depth for Manchester United squad for now.

At first, I was asking myself - why Tom Heaton? We've got more than enough goalkeepers but then, considering the qualities, now I think and I'm still thinking about what actually led to Aston Villa letting Tom go for free. He's 35 years old but then, he's a goalkeeper who is still very much agile.

Tom made some terrible saves yesterday. If these saves had been goals, it still wouldn't have been easy to blame him. He's so good but I'm not so surprised, United by culture and tradition don't get to have problems with goalkeepers, I'm only concern about what Tom's playtime at United would look like.

still talking about team's depth, what shall we say about Lingard?

At first, when I saw couple of his performances at Westham United last season, I was of the opinion that he should be sold there and he would get to have more playing time and maybe reach some more higher heights but what are higher heights in football without trophies? I think even Lingard thinks about that too.....

Lingard was really incredible at Westham United last season, but would he be able to create more impact in this current United's squad? I really can't say much about what his new consistency might be or look like, but with what I watched him did in the few minutes he played yesterday, I strongly believe it would be a great and justifiable idea to have him in the team's depth. At least, he could always help Bruno Fernandes rest some times.

Aside United's performance yesterday, the signing of Sancho, and the proposal to sign a CB and a DM. I am still very scared for Aaron Wan bissaka, I wasn't happy to see him in yesterday's squad. It's fine for him to have a fine playing time but then, the rate at which United is banking on him alone on his flank is just so dangerous. United needs another solid help. We've got not much problems if Shaw breaks down today but what if Bissaka does? Well, Dalot is back but I'm not so sure of his status, if he'll be staying and not running on another loan.

Whatever happens, it's still United, and I'll keep watching and supporting!

Manchester united seem to well prepared for the new season after fortifying the side with decent signings.

I believe we will be seeing a much improved United side when the season commences. Can't wait the EPL to begin. It will be really hot this time like always

This is a brilliant start for the team. Though Man U main players are not fully back but their young players that they use against shows that they have more than enough to take any team.

I hope these young players are not being tested for the purpose of loaning them.
