Rangers FC slammed Real Madrid with a Knock Comeback!

Maybe I'm just the only one that feels like Real Madrid doesn't really have much anymore for now. I feel like they're right back at the building spot. It's more like, they don't have the bigger and full force they've always been known for anymore, and it only got worse with Sergio Ramos leaving the team, he was like one of the few bigger names left in the team.

With less or no doubts, Real Madrid practically has no big names to sell anymore for now. Unlike the gone days when they had the likes of Ronaldo, Beckham, and even Roberto Carlos all at once, with the likes of Figo and Michael Owen. Then, and straight down to the hot days of Cristiano Ronaldo, Real Madrid always had the big names that are quite certain to make the world's best player list every season but these recent years, it's more like living behind the shadows of the past glories.

LET'S TALKS OF MADRID'S YOUNG FEEDS.

has anyone actually thought of the full force of the young talents Real Madrid has?

I've actually thought of that too many times but you know what? Even in football traditions and cultures can be very important and looking and considering Real Madrid's traditions, it's not a vivid reality that more young stars get to play much for the team in the league and even some cup matches too. Madrid does prioritize the matured and experienced players so much but what do they have now?

The absence of more experienced players showed in the their last matches in the last UCL most especially against Chelsea. It's not of the well known Madrid to play a player like Vinicius in such a match and at such stage in the UCL but the world of football has changed and is still changing, and I feel that change is really affecting the Spanish giants, not just Real Madrid, even Barcelona is troubled!

BACK TO THE PRE-SEASON SAGA!

I had never watched Rangers FC match before but what I saw them played against Real Madrid was scary, they played what I always love to see underdogs do against bigger clubs.

It's a rational thing for people to think that an underdog team would definitely loose to the bigger team, so why does the underdog then play a defensive game? That thing actually does get me pained and to me it always makes the game boring and predictable.

Like I've never seen such in my life, Rangers player many heavy attacks on Real Madrid and it was totally beautiful and it paid off!

It's normal that Real Madrid should win the ball possession and its always expected that they get to have more shots and goal attempts but I can't really say, maybe the game went like that just because Real Madrid had an early goal from the first 8 minutes of the match by Rodrygo. Maybe the goal caused them to relaxed and feel they need to keep the ball just to their feet and not the net.

Real Madrid succeeded with a narrow half time lead with just the single goal they had which was also the result of the only attempt and the only shot on target they had in the first half. What a performance form a big team!

Well, they played most of their youngsters, but we viewers can't expect so less!

On the other hand, Rangers had 17 solid attempts and 5 shots on target in the first half. Now, tell me why it turned out to be so surprising that Rangers won? Considering the stats from the first half, trust me, I'm not not shocked.

Again, I guess it's fine to say it was just a pre-season match and things would surely get better in the league. Well, personally, I trust Ancelotti Carlo, he's a matured manager and I feel he wouldn't make some mistakes I saw Zidane made with the team last season.

It's not really a thing to say Real Madrid needs players, they've got much even though they do not have much big names again, but with Carlo as the Manager, I think he would definitely squeeze at least a star out of the team this season.

A guy called Sakala, a new signing for Rangers FC actually made the match so interesting for me. The Zambian has so much energy to keep defenders off their feet and stamina, and that's something to appreciate in a striker.

I'll definitely love to see Real Madrid do good and well this season, most especially, I would love to see them ahead of Barcelona but then, I am still scared for the likes of Hazard and Bale, these big names are now figures we don't get to appreciate that much in the football space anymore.

Quite a surprising result from the Spanish giants. They seem to have lost most of their star players with some of the leaving for other Club. After Club captain left, France defender Raphael varane followed suit.

I wonder how they will cope in the coming season considering the two star central back exiting. These are two vital position. I hope they have decent for those or it will be one hell of a season for them.

The only department in the team still looking quite is the midfield. The forward seem to be suffering from form with only Karim Benzema saving the team blushes. Eden hazard has been a terrible buy with his inconsistent performance and returning Gareth bale not the player they need right now.

The club will have to make some good signings in the transfer window before it closes on August 31st if they intend to compete in all major fronts next season has the current team is not good enough.

Let's just wait and see how far it goes with them from now.

I agree, Real Madrid is currently in a generational change and is looking to build a new team with young stars. Right now, doing important signings is difficult because the finances are affected by the pandemic, but I truly believe Real Madrid will sign either Mbappe or Haaland either this year or the next one. Without any of those players the team won't be able to compete for the Champions League or Superleague, so I am pretty sure they will do anything to sign at least 1 of those 2.

For the moment, the squad isn't really powerful but these periods always happen when the main stars retire or leave for another team. Real Madrid's squad will be extremely different in 2 years time, it will be younger on average and much better.

I don't believe they can do much with youngsters this season, I just want to believe that the likes of Bale and Hazard would pick up a good form during the season else......

That would be great, but I have little faith in those 2 players. They have proved in the past couple of years they aren't in a very competitive form.

You're quite right though but I feel with Ancelotti, things should be quite alright.
