It's Gareth Southgate's fault

England fans sings "football is coming back" but seems football don't want to go back home, football want to stay out of home, out of England to be precise because England never really win any trophy ever since 1966 that they have won the World Cup and it's not really fair for such popular country that football start from

There is nothing that is as risk as penalty after match, only the lucky ones would win because even those that know how to play penalty best loose penalty when they need it most. I remember when Christiano Ronaldo lost penalty at Champions League Final against Chelsea many years ago. It's not that he didn't know how to play it, luck just against him that day and ever since then, Ronaldo never really play penalty the way he played it that day again

Arsenal fans have special song for Bukayo Saka, the lyrics says "Bukayo Saka is one of our own". I'm sure England fans must have change it to " Bukayo Saka is no more our own" as he lost the last penalty because the fans has been calling him, Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho bad names but it's not Saks's fault, I didn't blame him, I blame Southgate the coach for making Saka that never played any penalty before play the last penalty

Obviously, Bukayo Saka didn't have confidence for penalty kick, he just played it because they asked him to play it, they way he stand, he already show where he would play it to the goal keeper. He shouldn't be the one who'll play the last penalty.

Honestly he made a very terrible mistake. How will he removed players that have already warm up and in the spirit then substitute them with another players to come and play penalty.

The last three substitute were the one that lost the penalty. Honestly as him as a coach that easily lost tactics.

Like wise in the match he shouldn't have play a defensive game.

I still say this and likewise discuss this with friends. Southgate is to be really blame for this final loss.

His approach and strategy to the game was really wrong. I don't expect him to start a vital match like this in a defensive style. Using 5 defenders shows that he is not ready to compete well with the Azurri

Honestly it is his fault.is what u get when u give somebody a post which he does nt not deserve. Looking out what happened during the concluded tournament u will concur wit me that he is nt a techinical coach.subsituting those players before the final minute will tell u that he is not good on what he is doing. He should be held responsible for nt winning the trophy for England. Totally it is his fault

Wouldn't blame the England manager on this one. Penalty shootout are game of luck and could either way. Italy were also poor on their own kicks. So I could it's just one of those things in football, you win some and you lose some.
