Klopp's attitude
If you introduce peace, then peace would definitely come near you. Jorggen klopp introduced peace as he reach Liverpool then peace reign among him and his players. Although it take him years to bring Liverpool back to who Liverpool used to be and now he has succeed. He has been playing in the UEFA competitions for years now and he never drop down to play Europa league, it's not him playing the matches, but because he make peace with them. He lost first Champions League he ever qualify for since his arrival but he lost and he still qualified it in the following year.
For Klopp his players do says, he took them like his own son, it's obvious as he greet them after match and when he substitute them during match, this is worth reason for the players to play for him. It was very obvious that Loris Karius fucked up when Liverpool played against Real Madrid on the Champions League Final, it was Klopp'a first ever Champions League final since his arrival but he still didn't say negative words against him, he still pet Loris Karius when he was crying, he already know that he would be replaced.
Apart from the fact that Klopp didn't have the power to sell players himself, but he can talk to the board of directors to sell Loris Karius but he didn't, Loris Karius is still in Liverpool up till now, he used to be on bench for Allison Becker but Allison Becker never get tired, he is the one keeping in all the competitions that Liverpool played this season. Last season, Allison Becker is the one that headed the ball that made Liverpool to reach top 4 and that is why they aren't in Europa this season because it's the last minute heeding.
Klopp decided to rest players, so he didn't use all his key players, he have to rest them for the upcoming Champions League final coming up next weekend and he still won the premier league match against Southampton yesterday with two goals to zero and obviously the way the players played, they did it for him, they proved that they are good as well and they can do it without Sadio Mané and Mohammed Salah
