Messi and Barcelona
Lionel Messi and Barcelona's relationship is more than being just their player, now it's like no Messi, no Barcelona because there are some investors that invest in Barcelona and the only reason why they invest is because of Lionel Messi
As Messi's contract got finished, some investors are waiting for Messi to sign another contract, or else they won't deal with Barcelona, they would rather follow Messi to everywhere he is going because they know that is where they can make their money back
But Messi also love Barcelona. Manchester City offered him everything but he rejected their offer. Paris Saint German have everything to pay whatever amount he want but he still refuse to go with them, they gave him blank check to write whatever amount of money he want but he still choose to play at Barcelona
When Paris Saint German find out that his contract lapse at Barcelona, they tried all their possible best to get him but no success. Obviously, Messi is not just a player at Barcelona, he is a big fan as well.

Definitely no messi no bacelona.He has done extremely well both club and country.from my own perspective i cal him a brand that every body is associated with.Him signing a new contract wit bacelona will nt only make them strong but will bering many investors to the club.
I think the player just love Barcelona and he is willing to play and retire there. That's fine. He is a legend that everyone will like to him in their club but the big question is can they pay him.

The simple truth is that Messi is Barcelona and i doubt if the team can perform well without him. Though they will perform without him but it won't be like when he is there.
It is better Barcelona board sign him so as not to loose investors than loosing him.

Currently Barcelona can't do without Messi the reason they would be doing everything possible to keep him staying at the club has they have a lot to lose when he departs.
Just wonder how the Club would survive when he leaves. I believe it's best for them to bear the future in mind in whatever they intend to do.
Can I say am a late comer for just seeing this,but of all am still very happy to have been able to at least say one or two things about this.
To me Messi is as important to the club right now and to me I don't see anything that will let Barcelona release the recent Copa America winner.
I can arguably say that Messi is very much likely to end his career in Barcelona
