Don't Mess Up Your Hands In A Fight

When you are tired or, going out of breath, how long will you keep fighting? It is difficult to keep fighting in that situation. It is not that you do not know how to strike, or how to defend, you cannot make your move fast and effectively due to tiredness or lack of stamina.

When you practice a martial art or do sparring with your training partner, you can easily realize that. How about when you get injured? Well, you usually take a rest when you get injured. You can stop your training for the time being. When you get well, you can start your training again.

You usually wear gloves at the time of sparring or fighting in a fighting competition. When you punch hard, it might not have that impact on your hands. Your gloves act like protection.

How about when you fight to defend yourself in real life?

The story will change when you fight for self-defense. Will you say, give me 5 minutes to grab my gloves and I will fight? I don't think so.

Punch with bare hands and condition your hands.jpg

You will not get a chance to think about your gloves. You have to act fast to defend yourself. You have to fight with bare hands. So it is better to keep practicing with bare hands. It will condition your hands. You do not want to mess up with your hands, do you?

I started this post by talking about fighting when you are very tired or going out of breath. When you get injured, it is very difficult to keep fighting. Once you get hurt in your hands, you might not be able to strike with your hands effectively next time or, you can find it hard to raise your hands to block strikes.

Maybe you need to grab the attacker in a fight. You cannot do that if you get hurt on your hands. When you punch in a street fight, pay attention to where you hit. You can do palm strikes to hit somewhere hard. Palm strike is one of the most effective strikes in a street fight. You can use it to strike like a punch.
