Keep Breathing

If you do not breathe, you cannot continue doing what you do. Sometimes you might hold your breath while sparring and striking your opponent. If you hold your breath, you might not generate the power that you can.

While doing exercise and meditation, don't hold your breath. You take a breath with each movement and then breathe out in another movement. Learning how to breathe while doing exercise is very important. Your fitness instructor will teach you how you can properly take a breath and breathe out doing each exercise.

If you see martial artists practicing martial arts, they make specific sounds in some movements. When they make that sound, they exhale and inhale. Here breathing helps to generate and concentrate the power in a specific direction.

When you yell while kicking and punching, it can also frighten the attacker. Yelling has an effect on the attacker. And if the attacker is afraid, he might find a way to run from there or cannot attack you with his full force.

You can do breathing exercises. Take a deep breath, then breathe out for a longer period of time. You will feel great doing breathing exercises. It helps to improve your health.

The post is great, i like the breathing exercise which i can also call a therapy.
now i get to know while I feel better if I take heavy breath after doing a stressful work.
