Someone has an accident in your family. Maybe it is your sister, brother, mom, or dad. When you hear the news and see the sufferings of your loved one, how will you feel? You are shocked or you just get scared to see the whole thing or you are in such a mental stage that you cannot decide what to do now.

You are nervous and feel terrible At that moment, you have to decide what to do to save your loved one's life.

I wish everyone's life is always safe. Nothing bad happens to anyone. I started writing this post not to make you feel bad. You can easily understand what's going on in someone's mind when anything bad happens.

When you are being attacked, you might have similar feelings. In a normal situation, you can punch, kick, and do different things. But when you are shocked, scared, and nervous, doing normal things become difficult.

And this is what happens when you are being attacked. If you have any experience of defending yourself against multiple attackers, you know exactly how it feels. You have to make your move although you have all these feelings.

What is your psychological stage in that situation, that is very important. You cannot avoid that feelings and emotions. Still, you have to stand up to protect yourself.

We talk about strength, speed, and techniques. There is another thing that is also very important in a fight. That is stamina. You have the strength, and you know the technique, but if you do not have stamina, you cannot keep fighting. You will get exhausted. As a result, you cannot make your move.

Focus on increasing stamina, it is very important when you practice martial arts. What do you think? Please feel free to leave your comments below. Thank you for reading this post. Stay safe. Always be happy!

The psychological state i will say is very dramatical and feels like you are going through a big trauma which you do not control of.. the greatest shock i have gone through is seeing a close friend of mine who died in a car accident which i saw in same vehicle with him when the accident happened.

It was a bad feeling for me and at that point i can't do anything, i was so so powerless that tears rolled down my chin, I was unstable for two days with flashback of what happened going through my head like a playback video. Such is not what i will pray to happen to anybody around me or other people.

Thank you for the tips on self defense and Stamina. what i know in a fight about stamina is if you did not get to hold your stand firm and throw a punch against opponent that will turn out to be a wasted strike.

So sorry to hear that. There are some losses that cannot be fulfilled.

When someone is being attacked, his psychological state changes. It makes the world of difference when you fight to defend yourself. You are not fighting for a trophy. And you have to deal with your emotional state while fighting. Thank you very much @da-prince for sharing your experience!

Sometimes tragedy do happen around us and then we feel so helpless but some other times,we feel so much anger deep down,if it's something we can fight against,we go all out and in that anger can come great strength or stamina because we want to fight against that which gives us pain.

When we make any move, how we feel that time is important. If someone is afraid, he might not strike or if you strike, he may not do that properly.

On the other hand, if someone is very angry and excited, he feels like he has the strength to do anything, he might underestimate the attacker, do something driven by ego. That also does not help to defend himself. You have to be aggressive but don't get overwhelmed by anger.

What are the detailed steps on how to improve stamina?

When you start your training to improve stamina, you need to consider your fitness level first. So what other people do, that might not be suitable for someone who is a beginner.

You can run, slowly increase the duration of your running. While you are running, sometimes you can run fast. For example, you are running at a normal speed, in the end, you can run fast. You can do different exercises like push up, jump up, frog jump, upper swing (legs), front swing, side swing, arms circle, and so on. You train to be a good fighter, so you can practice punching, kicking, footwork.

If you do your training regularly, you can improve your stamina. By the way, if you train hard one day, the next day, do not train that hard or take a break. You need to give time to recover. Then you train again.
