The Central Line - Strike and Defense

When you fight and see the attacker's strike, don't be confused where to strike. You can chase the arms as a defense, but you might get lost doing that. No matter how the attacker makes his move, he wants to strike your body.

Stop chasing the arms. Instead defend your central line and attack the attacker's central line. When you stand in a fighting stance, if you move up from the central line, it is your head and below is your abdomen.

When you do any parry and block, you do not need to move it outside your body. From your central line, move to the side just to cover your body. You do not need to go beyond your body.

You can strike and hit the attacker's vulnerable points of the body from the central line. Simple, direct and to the point strike works better in a fight for self-defense. The less time you take to hit the target, the better.

If it takes more time to strike and hit the target, the attacker might get more time to defend that. Your stepping, speed and power can help you make explosive move to strike.

So what do you think about attacking the central line? Please feel free to leave your comments below. Thank you so much for reading this post. That's it for now. Stay safe. Always be happy!
