What Do You Think About SPORTS Engagement Project?
People have different skills and talents. And when people come up with good ideas to help and support a platform, that's always welcome. @amr008 made a proposal to fund the SPORTS Engagement Project.
A lot of things are going on. Sometimes it is difficult to keep track of everything. In case you miss reading this proposal, I highly recommend reading this proposal and casting your vote. Thank you very much @amr008 for your initiative.
We know how important it is to use the native platform in order to grow that platform. It will increase the ranking on the search engines. So people will find the article when they search on Google. They will land on SportsTalkSocial to read the post and get to know what this platform offers.
It is one of the effective ways to onboard new users. Who knows they might become content creators, curators, investors, or developers. And they can also come up with great ideas for the development of this tribe. The possibility is endless.
According to this project, every day top 25 commenters will get an upvote from @amr008.sports. We can see more interaction and engagement. On the other hand, when there is more traffic on a site, ad revenue will increase. That means there will be more funds for the betterment of this tribe. For example, it can be used to buy SPORTS tokens from the market and reduce the token supply by burning them.
SPORTS Engagement Project is a project that can have multiplier effects and our platform can get the benefit in different ways. So what do you think? Please feel free to leave your comment. And the most important thing of all is, please don't forget to take a look and give your vote.

Yes, it is. It can increase interaction and engagement. You cannot think of social media without engagement and interaction. This project can help any tribe to grow.

Thanks go to you, my friend. I look forward to seeing you succeed. I'm wondering, however, if we should explain to people why they would receive a downvote. Maybe in the future, we could have some guidelines about what is acceptable and unacceptable. We could do something similar to @LeoFinance where they have posted guidelines about some of their functionality.

amr008's idea is such a great one. I believe with our different idea on building the tribe, sports will be one of the most valuable tokens. Thanks for being that deep in reasoning

I love the idea and upvoted for same.
Truly it also encourages me ti use the native site jnstead of only one dapp.
The more traffic means more revenue and this will effct the price of token in future...

@amr008.sports is a bot, I can imagine that one bot will spam/comment and another bot (amr008.sports) will upvote it and spam with another comment. This is not engagement! This is what I want to downvote.

Spammers can try to take advantage of this. As far as I know, @amr008 has some setup to deal with that. If it does not work as per expectation, people in the SportsTalk community will take steps about that. Thank you @mk-sports-token for your concerns and for sharing this. I appreciate your feedback! I understand your concern @mk-sports-token but you have got it wrong .
I wish you would have looked at the announcement of the project or how the project works before you took your decision but I am okay with your action of not voting YES for the proposal .
How ?
All the comments made by bots are via beem API or some other API which is considered as "BEEM" app/frontend . So the comments are automatically excluded because they are not made from the sportstalksocial frontend.
In other words
Only those comments which are made from sportstalksocial frontend is taken into count . The bots cannot make comments from sportstalksocial frontend because they use API to interact with blockchain and when API is used , the frontend is different .
I am okay with you not voting for the proposal but I guess there is a misunderstanding of how the project works . The project tries to build traffic to the site , you can check all the upvoted from @amr008.sports and you won't be able to find any upvotes for bots .
You can check all the comments upvoted from @amr008.sports , it will be made from sportstalksocial frontend itself.

I have already implemented a blacklist . I add users who abuse the system , so far nobody is abusing so there are no users. I will add you to blacklist if you wish .
I have already considered shifting from replying through bot to posting via dbuzz or other frontends from tomorrow.
