DC have moved back to the top of points table. They have played total 9 matches and won 7 matches. Now they need to win just one match out of 5 matches to confirm the playoffs. One the other hand qualifying for playoffs is almost impossible for CSK. They have been performing poor in this IPL 2020. CSK must win the next 5 matches to qualify. Let's see what happens. Now i'm going to shortly review the match.
CSK bat first and their top order did well. Du Plessis, Watson, Rayudu, Jadeja bat well and scored total 179 runs by 4 wickets. I think it was a big fighting score. Then DC lost their top order Shaw and Rahane but Dhawan's responsible innings have helped DC to chase the big score. Dhawan has made an outstanding century just playing for 58 balls including 14 fours and 1 six. And till end of the match he was unbeaten. But Axar did the most important role in the final over. He has made 21 runs just for playing 5 balls including 3 sixes. DC won the match by 5 wickets. Dhawan was man of the match. Now another match is ongoing between SRH vs KKR. And tonight KXIP vs MI match is also waiting for IPL fans.
