Rajasthan Royals vs Sunrisers Hyderabad Match Review // Match 40
Sunrisers Hyderabad beat Rajasthan Royals by 8 wickets in the 40th match of IPL 2020. SRH improved their position at the number six on the points table. They played total 10 matches and won 4 matches. They need to win 4 matches remaining to qualify the playoffs. If they will win 3 matches out of 4 matches then still have possibility to qualify if others team won't get more than 14 points. While on the other hand RR played total 11 matches and won 4 matches. So they have to win all matches remaining but still have doubt if others team will get more than 14 points. By the way now i'm going to shortly review the match.
RR bat first and scored total 154 runs by 6 wickets. RR batsman have done team work. Almost everybody made runs. Jason Holder picked up 3 wickets including important wickets of Samson, Smith, Parag. In reply SRH haven't a good start. Warner and Bairstow have gone early. Jofra Archer has taken both important wickets. Then Pandey and Sanker came out and finished the match both remained unbeaten. Pandey hammered 83 runs in 47 balls including 4 fours and 8 sixes. Shankar played a defensive innings of 52 runs in 51 balls. Pandey was man of the match. Now another match between CSK vs MI is ongoing. I will update this match report on my next post.
