We tested the strength of Bournemouth

In yesterday’s round of the Premier League, we, the soon-to-be champions of England, were able to test the defense of Bournemouth. Do not be deceived, as I said, the soon-to-be England champions. I am hoping Chelsea can hold Manchester City to a draw later today or make my day by beating them, but that is in doubt given the recent developments with the club and its previous coach, Marcesa. Honestly, I doubt it if the Blues can pull a miracle today, let's hope so. Also, do not worry, I am not jinxing Arsenal's streak, but we are going to surprise the haters this season.

Yesterday’s game was a true test of resilence and I can not deny that my boys were at their best with the string of comebacks. I have to admit it when I see it. Bournemouth really put up a strong fight in today's game, and it was marvelous because I did not think it was going to be a run for our money in this match. All I had in mind was that it would be a walk in the park or a true explanation of good football, like what we did to Aston Villa in the previous match-up.

Only to be welcomed with the first goal in the first half of the match from Bournemouth. At this point, it was proven Arsenal had to sit up tight if they knew they wanted to win this one. Frankly, I was not completely sold on Bournemouth's goal, which brought them the lead, since the previous encounters have not been good, and they are currently not doing well in the standings. I knew my team was going to pull a comeback, but as expected, I did not know when. Thankfully, my cool guy, Gabriel Magalhaes, gave us the equalizer. This was electrifying to a lot of Arsenal fans, but to me, I had it at the back of my mind that it was only the opening to many more goals to come. Now my fate had been sealed towards our hopes of winning the match. It was not in doubt that I still needed the work to be done. It was like you are sure something good will happen, but that does not stop your anxiety from ticking from when it would happen.

You cannot blame a fan for feeling this way as a fan. The bottom line is, I did not want what happened to Juventus in their match against Leece to happen to Arsenal. Juventus played heaven and earth after equalizing the goal Leece scored early, just like Bournemouth did with Arsenal. Then they played and played all they could, but the Leece players said they were not leaving the box. You need to see the defense from left and right, down to the final minutes of the match, where Juventus had a close to success syndrome when they pulled an attack that only ended up hitting the bar.

Now you should have a glimpse of what I was scared of happening to Arsenal yesterday . Thankfully, that was not the case for Arsenal, and all thanks to a lovely assist from Martin Odegaard to Declan Rice, which led to the second goal in the second half. That was not all, Bukayo Saka decided he wanted to be on the assist list for the club as usual, and yesterday’s match would not be an exception. So he did, and Declan Rice finished it up again, giving us a 3 - 1 lead. This made Bournemouth uncomfortable, so they decided to retaliate; unfortunately for them, they could only score one more goal. So the match ended with a 2 - 3 victory for Arsenal. Another point for the table, and it was lovely to see Gabriel Jesus back on the pitch. There's more from him to come.
