I didn't realize they were that unpopular. Hockey is one of the sports that I am least likely to watch and it seems to me as though Carolina is always a competitor these days. Fair weather fans indeed.

Yeah, i don't really know anyone that gets excited about hockey season at all. I can't say for sure, but I don't even think there is anywhere in this region where someone could possibly go in order to learn to ice skate, let alone play hockey. It doesn't get cold enough here for us to have natural frozen ponds or anything either.
