walking is a fantastic way to stay in shape and more people should follow this sage advice because everyone without a disability can walk, right? I have several friends who lost a bunch of weight simply by altering their diet a bit and doing a 30 minute walk after dinner every night. It takes a lot less effort than most people think. Nice writeup
