Yesterday's Results at Euro2020

Hello there. Two matches were played yesterday in Euro2020. It was the last 2 games of the round of 16. Here are the results:

  • England 2 - 0 Germany
  • Sweden 1 - 2 Ukraine

Germany, I think, threw in the towel a little early. The Germans were the favorites of all trophies lately.

With these results, the quarter-final pairings were as follows:

  • Switzerland - Spain
  • Belgium - Italy
  • Czech Republic - Denmark
  • Ukraine - England

The quarter-finals will be played on July 2-3.

It was indeed great match yesterday as England stop the German machine from working courstey of goals from Raheem sterling and Harry Kane and an unbelievable one for the Ukrainian national team as Artem Dovbyk last minute goal in the extra time send them through to the Quarter final, both England and Ukraine will meet on Saturday in Rome to see who ho ahead to the semi final

Great result from England and Ukraine. Two surprising wins for me in one night. Guess we are up for more in the final stages of the tournament.

Now we await an interesting and intense quarter final as the competition gradually comes to an end.

Tipping one of the underdogs to make it to the final as one will certainly make it to semis. We may be seeing a new winner this time around
