Being a coach - The sleepless night behind it

I remembered back then when I talked about something like this. I got the inspiration to write on this topic when I was discussing with my friend and our argument leads to this. He told me how he hates seeing the coaches neglected when it comes to recognition. Some guys who were among the discussion said they disagreed. They said that the award given to the coaches is enough. You know how fans things looks like, they can argue for hours, days without even getting tired, although when it comes to soccer this is what makes it interesting.

We are really happy when it comes to soccer argument. First of all it gives you the privilege to know about your team and even another team more because you will surely need to research before you can embark in such battle. You know as you are arguing you will always try to make sure that you sets in killer point that will help you to win the war against your opponent. In a situation whereby you run out of point you will lost the battle painfully.

Before you go into battle with another person you should knows that you need good point to be able to conquer your opponet. You have to talk about your opponent by telling him what and what your team have achieved and if you noticed that his team can't match your team, you will be certified winner especially when you keep throwing endless facts.

There was a time I was really in pain with what I heard. Like five (5) years ago I was watching my television when the news rolled in that two fan were arguing, and deep along the line it lead to serious argument. This argument lead the two of them into physical fight, painful as we have it, one of them throw blow at the other opponent, you need to see how he passed out because of mere argument. I felt really bad, why on earth will someone fight and kill the other just because you are arguing about soccer. This is really bad to hear I must confess.

There was a time it started becoming rampant. I keep hearing such act all over the place to the extent that I keep wondering if such people have sense at all. Just mere argument for fun and you end up killing somebody, this is really bad and such person should be left to route in cell/prison. The team and players you are arguing about don't even knows anything about you, why on earth will you kill somebody just because he/she disagrees with your point during the argument. This is not making sense at all. I will talk about this some other time and when I do, I will talk fully about why such bad habit should be stopped. I am not really pleased by how far some person can go just to kill someone mainly because they disagree with your point.

I hinted about coaching stuff the other day and right now I am here to talk about what they are passing through behind the scene and with such committment they deserves all respect and applaud just like how players are being signed and celebrated heavily. Between the players and the coach it is the coach that is more important. Immediately they got signed they face sleepless night because they have promise to deliver to team by simply winning trophies and transforming the team they are managing. Players don't have such hurdles to break. Immediately the coach failed to meet up with the target he promises, the end result is he getting sacker. Unlike players it is hardly to see them getting sacked because their team failed to deliver. On no reason will they be sacked but the coach without much deliberation will be sacked simply because they are considered the head. You knows that being the head when you are found in such midst is a big issue. You quickly lost your job if you fails to deliver your promises for your team.

From this post you can see that being a coach comes with a difficult task. When ever you thinks about the promises you made to the team you will be triggered to work more and with such act you will see yourself sacrificing your night till you get things right with your team. Thinking about this sleepless night alone really touches me, this is the more reason I keep hinting that they should be rewarded even far more better than that of the players.

They are the head of the team and without them the team will struggle to get things right. They will lack organisers and there will be laziness all over the team. This is why having a coach in a team is very vital. With the sleepless night they are passing through just to make sure that their team got to an apex height, they needs to be recognised and treated awesomely.

Before I end this post I just want you guys to knows that being a coach comes with so much responsibility and they are easily sacked if they can't deliver up to expectations. We should learn to adore them because of how they always sacrifice their sleepless just to give any team they are coaching life. As the head they are the key this is why they needs to be celebrated because it is not easy to defeat your fellow opponet team. If they are being celebrated more you will see the passion for the job increasing.
