Who will win La Liga this year - Atletico Madrid or Real Madrid? - With live updates!
The final matches of La Liga are currently being played. Atletico Madrid has the victory in their hands, meaning that if they will beat Real Valladolid (away) tonight, then they will win the La Liga. I really hope they will, but nothing can be known for sure.
Real Madrid has the chance to win La Liga, but for that to happen, Atletico Madrid will have to play a draw or lose their match against Real Valladolid.
Real Madrid is playing Villarreal at home ground. This isn't gonna be an easy match either, because Villarreal is the team that will play the Europe League final next week. That is quite a team, so it will not be easy either.

I would say it like this... none of the teams are in control, but if things remain like this, Atletico will win in the end! This is actually quite interesting right now!

Atletico made it! They had one long "scary" season with all that competition they faced from their direct opponents all the way until the last round! It's amazing they won finally and Luis Suarez tears were something else, I don't know how Barca decided to sell such a world-class player, and saying he is old, I mean they just bought Aguero who is the same age but having a season full of injuries...weird.
I am not sure, but some people say that Messi is the boss in Barcelona, meaning that he kind of decides who comes and goes?! I am not sure... but selling Suarez and buying Aguero doesn't sound very smart to me!
I am commenting after the matches but Atletico Madrid proved to be the best team by remaining in the first position during the majority of the entire season. A very solid team and a well-deserved title.
Yes, Atletico has been very good throughout the season, and really - I am just happy that they won and not Real Madrid nor Barcelona (who have been playing like rollercoasters throughout the season)!
