The Boston Celtics are red hot this playoffs and have drawn first blood against the Toronto Raptors in the Eastern Conference Second Round. The Boston Celtics won with a score of 112-94, and now lead the series 1-0.

Boston with an all around team effort, was led in scoring by Jason Tatum and Marcus Smart each scoring 21 points, followed by Kemba Walker with a double double of 18 points and 10 assists. The Raptors meanwhile was led by Kyle Lowry with 17 points, 6 rebounds, and 8 assists.

The Raptors are on a mission to prove everyone wrong, that they are still contenders and will defend the title. Everybody looks to have discounted them this season, after Kawhi Leonard left for LA in the offseason. The Raptors will be looking to bounce back from the loss.

Game 2 will be played on Wednesday, September 2, 2020.

Predictions

For game 2, I think the Raptors will bounce back strong in game 2, but with the playoff winning streak of the Celtics now at 5 straight wins, they will carry the momentum and get the victory for game 2.
