NBA Playoffs: Clippers win game 3 lead series 2-1 against the Nuggets

The Clippers are back to winning ways as they recorded a 113-107 win over the Denver Nuggets, in game 3 of the best of 7 series. The game was up close for most of the game, but the Clippers slowly pulled away in the 4th quarter, outscoring the Nuggets 29-19.

Paul George led the scoring for the Clippers with a solid 32 points. Kawhi Leonard played much better compared to game 2, he scored 23 points, had 14 rebounds, and 6 assists. Leonard also had that 1 finger block against Jamal Murray which was really awesome.

For the Nuggets Nikola Jokić led the team in scoring 32 points, grabbed 12 rebounds, and dished out 8 assists. Jamal Murray had a poor game offensively as he just scored 14 points, far from the numbers we saw from the previous series and games, must be down to the Clippers defence.

The Nuggets will look to bounce back and tie the series in Game 4. Game 4 will be played this Thursday, September 10, 2020.

Opinions and Prediction

This series is tough to call, but I will predict the Nuggets to win Game 4.
