NBA Playoffs: Denver Nuggets bounce back tie the series at 1-1 vs Clippers

The Denver Nuggets after a blowout lose in game 1, bounced back strongly after defeating the Los Angeles Clippers 110-101. The Nuggets started strong and led most of the game in double digits, and sealed the game.

Nikola Jokic led the way for the Nuggets with 26 points, and 18 rebounds, a threat from the paint and long distance hitting some threes. Jamal Murray scored 27 points and 6 assists, showing his improved play which we saw against the Utah Jazz.

It was a disappointing scoring performance for Kawhi Leonard as he just scored 13 points, but grabbed 10 rebounds and dished out 8 assists. Paul George led the scoring for the Clippers with 22 points.

Game 3 will be played on Tuesday, September 8, 2020.

Opinions and Predictions

That was a nice win for the Nuggets, after that blowout loss in game 1. I think the series will go the distance with the great talent and players on both teams. I will predict the Clippers will win Game 3, as Leonard will surely bounce back.
