Finally a good run!
Taking advantage of the opportunity that today I went to the office in the morning, I stopped by the Running Club at noon to meet some colleagues there and go out for a progressive 8k flat run.
To my own surprise, I didn't expect to be in such good shape, I had to hold back a bit not to overspeed from the start and that, dear friends, is a very good sign.
In the end it was 8km in 36 minutes and 30 seconds, starting the first kilometer at 5'22"/km and finishing the last kilometer at 4'12"/km.
Average heart rate 142 bpm, with a top of 166 bpm at the end, that is, all running below the lactic threshold in my case.
Good feelings in general, it has been a luxury to run again on the seashore although it has been a cold, cloudy and quite gray day.
By the way, this time, Enzo has stayed at home sleeping.
I'll be back on track on Thursday, maybe do some speed work...actually, I'm really looking forward to it!

The people doing V2K with remote neural monitoring want me to believe this lady @battleaxe is an operator. She is involved deeply with her group and @fyrstikken . Her discord is Battleaxe#1003. I cant prove she is the one directly doing the V2K and RNM. Doing it requires more than one person at the least. It cant be done alone. She cant prove she is not one of the ones doing it. I was drugged in my home covertly, it ended badly. They have tried to kill me and are still trying to kill me. I bet nobody does anything at all. Ask @battleaxe to prove it. I bet she wont. They want me to believe the V2K and RNM in me is being broadcast from her location. And what the fuck is "HOMELAND SECURITY" doing about this shit? I think stumbling over their own dicks maybe?
