Está vez no fuimos a entrenar de nuevo s las cúpulas, sumandose está vez @diego-333 y un amigo llamado Angel, llegamos casi a las 6pm a las barras, dónde calentamos unos 15 minutos y empezamos el entreno, Diego entreno piernas y angel básicos, puse a mis alumnos a entrenar freestyle para que mejorarán sus giros y yo me puse a entrenar lo mismo. Lance varios tornados y 360, estaba bastante pesado por la fatiga de los entrenos del lunes y el martes, pero aún así se le dió, los muchachos estaban lanzando buenos 360s, por lo que me motivaron a combearlos con algunos fronts e intentos de straddle en barra. Entrenamos por 1 hora aproximadamente, y uno de mis alumnos, José, mi tocayo jajaja, saco sus primeros 3 muscle ups a fuerza, hace 2 meses no le salía ni uno y terminando el entreno lo desbloqueo, por lo que fue algo bastante bueno del entrenamiento, luego hicimos una rutina de básicos de pull ups específicamente, lanzandolas en wide, con agarre cerrado, supinas y explosivas, terminamos la rutina en la plaza concordia ya que aquí habían muchos zancudos, y quedamos bastantes candados del entreno, luego estiramos un poco y nos fuimos cada uno a su casa, fue muy buen entreno.

This time we didn't go to train at the domes again. Joining us this time were @diego-333 and a friend named Angel. We arrived at the bars at around 6pm, where we warmed up for about 15 minutes and started training. Diego trained legs and Angel trained basics. I had my students train freestyle to improve their spins, and I trained the same. I threw several tornadoes and 360s. I was quite tired from Monday and Tuesday's training, but I still managed it. The guys were throwing good 360s, which motivated me to combine them with some fronts and straddle attempts on the bar. We trained for about an hour, and one of my students, José, my namesake, ha ha ha, did his first three muscle-ups. Two months ago, he couldn't do even one, but at the end of the training session, he unlocked it, so that was a pretty good part of the training. Then we did a routine of basic pull-ups specifically, doing them wide, with a closed grip, supine, and explosive. We finished the routine in Plaza Concordia because there were a lot of mosquitoes here, and we were pretty exhausted from the training. Then we stretched a little and each went home. It was a very good training session.
