Entrenando Básicos de Freestyle ! [ESP - ENG]
¡Hola, hivers de Hive y SWC!
Hoy les comparto lo que fue mi entrenamiento de freestyle del día jueves. Está vez entrenamos en un lugar distinto, bastante lejos la verdad, pero ví estás barras visitando a una amiga y quise probarlas para hacer free, así que el día jueves me decidí por ir a probarlas lanzando algunos básicos de freestyle.
Llegamos a las 6:30pm, un poco tarde, ya que antes de ir tuve que hacer un delivery, calentamos unos 15 minutos, y empezamos con los dinámicos, primero 360, los muchachos lo probaron un rato, y yo también, luego de lanzar eso, probé los tornados y 540, el 540 me costó un poco ya que el agarre es bastante grueso, no puedo cerrar la mano completa, pero quejarse no ayuda a nada así que así entrenamos, uno de mis alumnos atajo un swing 360 en X, y mi otro alumno combeo 360 con salida, yo quise unirme a la salida ya que no tiendo a lanzarla mucho en suelo, busque varios combos, meter muchos giros en un solo balance y lograr meter salida y completar un combo sin olímpicas entre trucos, le dimos bastante rato, como una hora y media, pero los zancudos empezaron a molestar muchísimo por lo que terminamos rápido con algunos estáticos y nos fuimos.
Nos fuimos luego a concordia donde entrenamos handstand, pero esto se los compartiré en un próximo post, espero les gusten las fotos !

Today I'm sharing my freestyle training session from Thursday. This time we trained in a different place, quite far away actually, but I saw these bars while visiting a friend and wanted to try them out for freestyle, so on Thursday I decided to go and try them out by throwing some freestyle basics.
We arrived at 6:30 p.m., a little late, since I had to make a delivery before going. We warmed up for about 15 minutes and started with the dynamics, first 360s. The guys tried it for a while, and so did I. After throwing that, I tried tornadoes and 540s. The 540 was a little difficult for me since the grip is quite thick, I can't close my hand completely, but complaining doesn't help, so that's how we trained. One of my students cut a 360 swing in X, and my other student did a 360 combo with an exit. I wanted to join the exit since I don't tend to throw it much on the ground. I looked for several combos, putting many turns in a single swing and managing to get the exit and complete a combo without Olympics between tricks. We spent quite a while on it, about an hour and a half, but the mosquitoes started to bother us a lot, so we finished quickly with some statics and left. We then went to Concordia where we trained handstands, but I'll share that with you in a future post. I hope you like the photos!
