Latvala wants works drive for 2022

Hi, friends!

Finnish rally driver Jari-Matti Latvala lost his Toyota works drive at the end of last season and this season he had only one drive - at Rally Sweden with some electrical problem and retirement because of that.

Toyota WRC boss Tommi Makien decided to give Latvala another opportunity (because of technical problems in Sweden because it was paying drive) at Sardinia but that rally was cancelled for this season.

Latvala's favorite rally in Finland is also cancelled so he finished this season but next year he will have another shot, this time big one with much more outings with only one goal - to secure works seat for season 2022.

He is 35 at the moment so he has a few more seasons in front of him but not much.
