Neuville tested with Hyundai ahead of WRC Rally Sweden 2022

Hyundai World Rally Team had some technical issues at Monte Carlo Rallye last month so they started the season the same way as they finished the last one when their car was kinda unreliable and the season before they were the manufacturer's WRC champions.

Even they have 2019 World Rally Champion Ott Tanak in their rows, I think that their main man in the team is Thierry Neuville because he doesn't retire from the rallies the same stupid way as Tanak does. And there is another thing which should be said: this guy really never give up and that's what I like the most.

This season Hyundai has two guys who will share the 3rd car and we are talking about young Oliver Solberg and Dani Sordo. To be honest, Solberg jr got the drive because of his name (his father Petter was 2003 WRC champion) but veteran Sordo is the one who always deliver for the team. If they are clever enough, they will keep Sordo to the day when he will be able to post fastest times because he can do that just like this.

It seems that Neuville was the first one to test for Hyundai ahead of WRC Rally Sweden. From the video we can finally see snow at Swedish rally roads. That's because they moved the rally up to the North. I guess that this was the right decision because that rally was always the only full snow event of the World Rally Championship season.

Theirry Neuville was flat out on the test with the new hybrid Rally1 machinery and you can see it on the video how this young fellow from Belgium gives all he go in the Hyundai i2o Rally1 car.
