We started to prepare my rally car ahead of 2021 national championship start

Hi, friends!

Coronavirus pandemic ruined lots of things in this world but our health is the most important in our lives. I like my sport but when I heard that first rally of our national championship has been cancelled because of the same problem. I wasn't that much disappointed because I believe that human lives are above anything including sport.

Our first rally had to be held in May because there was World Rally Championship event around so all the clubs were working for the same goal - to make the WRC rally great.

Now we should have a real start of the season with the rally which was were good to my co-driver Kristijan L and me last season because we finished 3rd in a two classes. The rally itself is organized by the club I am the member of it.

So we started with preparing of our car. I have a new/old co-driver for this season - Mladen C, who was reading pace notes on the first rally of 2020 for me. He is very intelligent guy and I hope that everything will be just fine this year.

My friend Damir P and me went 90km to the small place where my car is parked for seven months now to see what we can do with suspension of it. We had to remove the springs from my shock absorbers and I have to make a new springs because there is something terminal wrong with this one I have at the moment.

So Damir removed the springs from the shocks and we have to bring the dimension and springs to the local manufacturer to make them better.

First rally is in four weeks. Keep your fingers crossed for us!

Thanks, friend @pfunk! Rear axle is rebuilt and repainted! Springs will be manufactured on the next Thursday. It will be improved springs with helpers of 9cm with 30kg to suffer per circle (that will put wheel on the ground in the corners where they could be from the ground because of the forces. it will also put the wheels about 5cm down when jumping to land safer without major problems while landing. Stronger part of the spring will have 55-60kg per circle with 10cm of work just to suffer impacts better).
