This has to be expected. Every events are already cancelled, including the practices of those athletes. Maybe they can resume practicing in their own homes. Also, the community quarantine was changed to ENHANCED community quarantine.

That goes to show that everyone are encouraged to stay in their own homes. Now, it's time for the Rizal Memorial and Philsports Complex to be closed. Just open when it's already allowed.
