UFC 264: Wonderboy v Burns [10.07.2021]

UFC 264 will take place at the T-Mobile Arena in Paradise, Nevada.

Gilbert Burns will fight Stephen Thompson in the welterweight division. A win will put both fighters back into title contention. Burns is coming off a loss against Usman for the championship. For Wonderboy it might be the last attempt to take a run at the title.

Styles couldn't be more different. Stephen is one of the best and and most unique strikers currently in the UFC. His base is Karate and he had an extremely successful kickboxing career before fighting MMA. Burns is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu expert with a powerful punch and multiple grappling world championship wins.

I want Wonderboy to win but it seems like he always looses when I root for him. I like Chael's reasoning and hopefully he's right, but I'm guessing Burns will win it.
