UFC Fight Night 173 is the first fight back at the UFC APEX in Las Vegas.

The Headline fight was supposed to be Holly Holm versus Irene Aldana but Irene had to pull out due to a positive Covid test. The fight will still happen, only on a later date.

As new main event we get Derek Brunson versus Edmen Shahbazyan in the middleweight division.
