When someone attacks you, he usually checks you out and if he thinks you are an easy target, he will attack you. The attacker fears more when he attacks you. They do not show that, but from inside, they are not brave.

Awareness is very important for self defense. As soon as you feel uncomfortable because some guys check you out in a way that makes you feel like that, do not just stand or sit there. Stand up and observe their movement and move.

If you move from there, they will not be in a position to attack you. When you are aware of your surroundings, you can do something to defend yourself effectively. Do not wait for the attacker to attack you. You can leave the place and go somewhere else. Or you can inform others about it or send a message to your friend.

If someone follows you and you are sure about that, you can stay in public places and use your surroundings to protect yourself. In case you are not aware that someone is following you, you can be a victim easily. I have made a post about What To Do If Someone Follows You - Self Defense Tips. So do not give the attacker any chance to attack you. And awareness about your surroundings can help you to stay safe and protect yourself against possible attacks. What do you think about this?
