We often see people do a sucker punch on the street. Suddenly they throw a powerful punch to the opponent. That will hit the opponent and knock him out, that's what the attacker expects. How about if that does not happen?

Welcome back to Self Defense Situation - Part 76. In this series of posts, we usually talk about different situations and what you can do to defend yourself and get back home safe.

When the attacker throws a sucker punch, he usually does expect that nothing would happen after getting hit. The guy just takes the punch and looks at the attacker, the attacker freaks out and runs out from there leaving his car and girlfriend over there.

In a fight, you cannot expect that after making your move, you will surely get a certain result. If the guy has some background and gets used to taking the hit and fight back, this can be a nightmare.

In case things do not go as you expected, you have to be ready to make your next move. Just don't hit any person only because you have an argument. You can settle things without having a fight. Try to understand the situation in his perspective and listen to the person what he is saying.
