What are the best exercises for lower back?
Hi, I'm a hiker and need to strengthen my lower back because these muscles are very important when carrying a backpack. Can you recommend some exercises for this

You should do some general core exercises like plank and sit-ups. If you want to focus on your back try the opposite of sit-up: lay on the ground facing down and curve your upper body. +1 there are multi-exercise programs to achieve a proper bridge that also works your back. Google will surely find it if you ask nicely.
Ohhh, thanks for the answer, I'll follow your advice. I'm regularly doing planking in my workouts, but more focused on the abs schedule 👍
