There were not many things we did at the weekend, enjoying our weekend following the tug of war which is a game between teams or groups that require strength and teamwork.

Tug of war is a traditional game in Indonesia that has existed for a long time, this game is usually played when welcoming the Republic of Indonesia's Independence Day. Games or sports that require physical strength are certainly very interesting and challenging, games while exercising have many benefits for us. The benefits of traditional games or sports are believed to be able to relieve stress.

My friends and I participate in a game that requires physical strength, cooperation, solidarity and strategy. Against another team with three minutes of the match our team finally lost, after the defeat we watched the other team's match progressing to the next round.

Of course, with our sportsmanship attitude, we will provide support and enthusiasm for the winning team, this match will be held until dusk approaches. This competition was attended by children, adolescents, adults and the elderly, both women and men also took part in a game full of this phenomenon.
