I'm set already. Will show you our two 1 kilo weights in today's @actifit report. Funny, because we only have glass bottles as well, just like @soldier. So one bottle for H2O and two weights. Set! !ENGAGE 10 !invest_vote

Depending on the exercise you can make nearly any home item into a form of resistance! I’m glad you prepped ahead of time! Preparation is the key to any practice! 🙌👏👍
