UNA DOMENICA AL LAGO DI MERGOZZO/A SUNDAY AT LAKE MERGOZZO (ITA-ENG)
Finalmente un week-end libero,le giornate dopo essere state piovose qui dove vivo iniziano a diventare calde anche roventi,quindi dove si va? cosa si fa? premesso che io resto della mia opinione (sono nato nel mare è ci crepero xd) però c’è caldo non mi va di stare a casa nella regione dove risiedo momentaneamente non c’è il mare, quello più vicino si trova in liguria, vuol dire mettersi in macchina farsi anche tre ore in autostrada, beccarsi delle file chilometriche in autostrada che già ti fanno sudare solo a pensarci.
Quindi la mia scelta insieme a mia moglie è ricaduta in un bel lago vicino, diciamo che era l’alternativa migliore, quindi ci siamo messi in macchina, non mancavano le hit estive che ci hanno accompagnato nel breve viaggio.
Appena arrivato nel lago notai che c'era un mucchio di gente è che parcheggiare era praticamente una missione impossibile quindi le scelte erano due:
1. Tornare indietro quindi domenica rovinata
2. Lottare per un parcheggio come se non ci fosse un domani
La mia scelta ovviamente e ricaduta nella seconda opzione non volevo assolutamente privarsi di una mezza giornata di sole,è perché no rinfrescarmi in questo lago per passare una domenica tranquilla.
Trovai parcheggio a circa 2,5 km dalla spiaggia pubblica, non dimenticherò mai il modo in cui mi ha guardato mia moglie voleva praticamente uccidermi, ma da buon marito le ho fatto capire che volevo passare una mezza giornata in assoluto relax e lo volevo anche per lei.
Dopo dieci minuti di convinzione sono riuscito nel mio intendo decisero che dovevano trascorrere una domenica di tranquillità ovviamente camminare così tanto è servito per fare i passi giornalieri con la app actifit ne ho fatti una marea come si vede dalla foto, c'era un piccolo problema che al ritorno dovevamo fare altri 2,5 km però ci siamo messi in cammino lo stesso, mia moglie di tanto in tanto aveva qualcosa da ridire visto la distanza a piedi notevole però appena arrivati in spiaggia il paesaggio che abbiamo visto valeva lo sforzo fatto.

Fare il bagno nel lago è davvero molto differente rispetto al mare, nel lago non galleggi come nell’acqua salata quindi è meglio sapere nuotare bene, però la cosa piacevole a mio avviso è che non ce la salsedine come il mare che ti appiccica e davvero stata un giornata bellissima mi sono rilassato e ricaricato le pile per un altra impegnativa settimana.
Dopo circa 3 ore decisero di ritornare a casa, c’erano ancora quei 2,5 km che ci aspettavano ma pieni di vigore decisivo ancora di camminare ho praticamente completato i passi di actifit in una mezza giornata.
Consiglio questo lago perchè oltre essere molto pulito è anche pieno di vita e le strutture sono molto adeguate a chi vuole anche trascorrere poche ore.

Finally a free weekend, the days after being rainy here where I live start to get hot even hot, so where do you go? what do you do? given that I remain of my opinion (I was born in the sea and there I will die) but it's hot I don't feel like staying at home in the region where I temporarily reside there is no sea, the closest one is in Liguria, it wants say get in the car even three hours on the highway, pecking the kilometers on the highway that already make you sweat just thinking about it.
So my choice with my wife fell on a beautiful lake nearby, let's say it was the best alternative, so we got in the car, there was no shortage of summer hits that accompanied us on the short trip.
As soon as I arrived in the lake I noticed that there will be a lot of people and that parking was practically an impossible mission so the choices were two:
1. Go back then ruined Sunday
2. Strive for a parking lot as if there was no tomorrow
My choice obviously fell into the second option, I didn't want to deprive myself of a half day of sunshine, it's why not cool off in this lake to spend a quiet Sunday.
I found parking about 2.5 km from the public beach, I will never forget the way my wife looked at me she wanted to practically kill me, but as a good husband I made her understand that I wanted to spend half a day in absolute relaxation and I also wanted to she.
After ten minutes of conviction I succeeded in my decision that we had to spend a quiet Sunday obviously walking so much served to take the daily steps with the actifit app I made a lot of them as seen in the photo, there will be a small problem that on the way back we had to do another 2.5 km, however, we set off on the same journey, my wife occasionally had something to say about the considerable walking distance, however, as soon as we got to the beach the landscape we saw was worth the effort.

Bathing in the lake is really very different from the sea, in the lake you don't float like in salt water so it's better to know how to swim well, but the pleasant thing in my opinion is that there is no saltiness like the sea that sticks you and really it was a beautiful day I relaxed and recharged the batteries for another busy week.
After about 3 hours they decided to go home, there were still those 2.5 km that were waiting for us but full of decisive vigor still to walk I practically completed the actifit steps in half a day.
I recommend this lake because besides being very clean it is also full of life and the facilities are very suitable for those who want to spend a few hours.
