Running towards the sunrise



Yesterday I had to cancel my training at noon due to a meeting. Today I got up early to counter it. It's been a short run up the nearby hill, trying to go faster than the sunrise, which I haven't been able to as the days are getting really long.
At the cardio level I have felt strangely well, my legs have also responded although we are talking about the fact that I have really done very few kilometers.
It's been a while since I ran so early in the morning, perhaps that's why my body was still numb with no ability to get into a good effort regimen but the sensations have been very good.
