El poder de la preparación- Nos vamos a un 10k

Saludos, mi querida comunidad!!

Mi gente bonita seguimos enfocados en nuestros compromisos deportivos , como ya les he contado en el post anterior me estoy preparando para asistir a unos Juegos Nacionales, cuando estamos en este proceso , la planificación y la preparación son cruciales, debemos mantener un entrenamiento constante.

Pero como somos amantes del asfalto nos inscribimos en una carrerita de Supermercados Rio 10k que se va a realizar este próximo 15 de Junio asi que estamos preparándonos para asumir estos retos, en esta carrera aprovechare a chequearme y ver cómo voy encaminada con la preparación física y mental.

Sali a correr en compañía de amigos del equipo de Runners al cual pertenezco realizamos 10km como lo indica el plan que estoy llevando cabo en este ciclo de preparación, aunado a esto recorrí una ruta hermosa con excelente clima rodeado de paisajes motivadores que te hacen pensar lo bonita que es la vida y lo gratificante que es el deporte y nos lleva a confirmar esa hermosa frase que escuchamos muy a menudo “EL DEPORTE ES VIDA” y sin duda que es así.

Termine este entrenamiento con gran satisfacción y motivación para seguir dando lo mejor de mí en la pista!!!

Greetings, my dear community!

My beautiful people we are still focused on our sporting commitments, as I have already told you in the previous post I am preparing to attend a National Games, when we are in this process, planning and preparation are crucial, we must maintain a constant training.

But as we are lovers of asphalt we signed up for a little race of Supermercados Rio 10k to be held this coming June 15 so we are preparing to take on these challenges, in this race I will take the opportunity to check me and see how I'm on track with the physical and mental preparation.

I went out to run in the company of friends of the Runners team to which I belong, we did 10km as indicated in the plan that I am carrying out in this cycle of preparation, along with this I ran a beautiful route with excellent weather surrounded by motivating landscapes that make you think how beautiful life is and how rewarding it is the sport and leads us to confirm that beautiful phrase that we hear very often “SPORT IS LIFE” and no doubt it is so.
