Entrenamiento de Caminata en contacto con la Naturaleza ruta Malpica / Walking Training in contact with Nature Malpica route

Saludos amigos de Hive, hoy nuevamente estuve realizando mi entrenamiento de caminata de calle, el cual tenía más de un año que no hacía esta ruta que va hacia la vía llamada Malpica, y la vuelta al Samán de mi comunidad.

Greetings Hive friends, today I was doing my street walking training again, which had not been doing this route for more than a year that goes to the road called Malpica, and back to Samán in my community.

Quiero decirles que estaba un poco indeciso de cual entrenamiento realizar, ya que pasamos toda la comunidad nos encontramos con una vía de doble acceso donde está el Samán, es decir una va a la vuelta al Samán y la otra hacia Malpica, bueno escogí hasta Malpica, que es el entrenamiento que hice el día de hoy.

I want to tell you that I was a little undecided about which training to do, since we passed the entire community we found a double access road where the Samán is, that is, one goes around the Samán and the other towards Malpica, well I chose to Malpica , which is the training I did today.

Esta caminata que realice es mixta ya que tiene dos tipos de terrenos, una parte de aproximadamente 3k es de asfalto y la otra parte es de tierra, es un recorrido excelente para desarrollar un poco la velocidad en la piernas, debido a que tiene mayormente es plano y algunas subidas.

This walk that you do is mixed since it has two types of terrain, a part of approximately 3k is asphalt and the other part is dirt, it is an excellent route to develop a little speed in the legs, because it has mostly is flat and some climbs.

Al inicio el sol estaba pegando un poco porque estaba cayendo la tarde, pero después el sol bajo y el clima cambió un poco. Fui caminando a un ritmo bastante bueno para aprovechar de esta manera hacer alguna toma de los bellos paisajes que podemos conseguir durante este bello recorrido.

At first the sun was beating down a bit because the afternoon was falling, but then the sun went down and the weather changed a bit. I was walking at a fairly good pace to take advantage of this way to take some of the beautiful landscapes that we can get during this beautiful journey.

El recorrido al principio el primer kilómetros podemos ver las casas que están en el sector de la comunidad y luego comenzamos a visualizar el espacio que es muy bello, este es un asentamiento campesino donde podemos apreciar algunos terrenos que tienen siembra y algo de ganado. Es una ruta excelente para comenzar a entrenar.

The route at the beginning the first kilometers we can see the houses that are in the community sector and then we begin to visualize the space that is very beautiful, this is a peasant settlement where we can appreciate some land that has crops and some livestock. It is an excellent route to start training.

En este entrenamiento tenía pensado al llegar a la empresa Cefloarca más adelante había una parcela que tenía una entrada donde podía subir el cerro Los Uveritos, esta parte si es bastante fuerte pero no pude porque el camino fue cerrado totalmente y ahora por allí no se pueden hacer los entrenamiento de montaña.

In this training I had thought when arriving at the Cefloarca company, later on, there was a plot that had an entrance where I could climb the Los Uveritos hill, this part is quite strong but I could not because the road was completely closed and now they cannot be reached there. do mountain training.

Hice un recorrido de una hora, es tipo de entrenamiento de calle si es la parte de asfalto es recomendable hacerlo en la mañana que el tiempo está más fresco sin embargo lo hice en la tarde cuando ya el sol estaba bajando.

I did a one-hour tour, it is a type of street training if it is the asphalt part, it is advisable to do it in the morning because the weather is cooler, however I did it in the afternoon when the sun was already going down.

Durante este recorrido pude observar que venían de regreso varias personas que hacen trabajo de campo en el sector de Malpíca, ya que allí se encuentran varias haciendas con siembras y ganado para el consumo humano.

During this tour, I was able to observe that several people who did field work in the Malpíca sector were coming back, since there are several farms with crops and livestock for human consumption.
