A Disappointing Outing for Ronaldo as his Team (Juventus) Loses to Porto…
So I was watching the Porto vs Juventus champions league match… yes I watch a lot of Juventus matches because of Ronaldo who is my favorite football player currently… and I have to say, it was quite an entertaining match to be fair even though Juventus narrowly lost to Porto. This was a game where a lot of people thought it was going to be a smooth sail for Juventus due to the fact that they are a more superior team, however, we all know that football is far from that and is all about what happens on the playing field.
Juventus didn’t start the game as they would have wanted and as such found themselves 2 goals down in the game. They began to pick up gear in the second half and started showing their qualities as they were chasing the crucial away goal. Away goals are very crucial at this stage of the champions league and could be the deciding factor when both teams meet at Juventus home. After chasing and pushing for the crucial away goal, Juventus finally got what they wanted as they scored the away goal late in the game. at this point, they were not satisfied even though they know that it was not a bad result at that point, however, they kept on pushing for the equalizer and nearly got it had Ronaldo got the penalty at the closing part of the game after claiming he was fouled inside the box… both the referee wasn’t moved and didn’t waste time to blow the final whistle few minutes later. At the end, it was a very good result for Juventus as all they need is to win at home without reply.
