White to play and win

This is a key moment in the game of my friend Victor Abiad (@vjap55) who played with white against GM Tazbir Marcin of Poland. They faced each other in the recently concluded World Championship for the visually impaired. White's player could have achieved an objectively even position here by making the right move. I say “even” because Black has an incredible defense that allows him to stay in the game. That is the key to this puzzle. So get to work, find the promising white attacking continuation that Black must neutralize to equalize.

Se enfrentaron en el recientemente concluido Campeonato del Mundo para discapacitados visuales. El jugador de blancas podría haber logrado aquí una posición objetivamente igualada haciendo la jugada correcta.
