I have overlooked the great benefits of yoga. For over six years now, I have been lifting weights but I have always found trouble with flexibility and balance.

Though a few years ago, I joined some yoga classes, three times a year but never consistently. This first-time that joined a class every week, I could already tell my flexibility improved somehow.

It's easy for me to work out every day, even if it requires lifting heavyweight but I started to appreciate how yoga affects my body and mind. Not only it helps toning of the physical body but also the mind.

I like joining a yoga class it helps me focus and of course, it's more fun to do it with other people. We do our yoga class inside our community, one of our neighbors, invited us to join her with her private yoga trainer.

After our yoga session, I felt really good and my body felt less tension. Though I was still struggling to perform some poses, I learned that breathing correctly helps a lot to improve the postures.

Even after today's class, I was still clamored for more and I believe this will be my new routine every week. =)
