Shed unwanted pounds with HIIT!
Posing after finishing HIIT ( High-intensity interval training), if only I got a 'gif' instead of my arm shaking while trying to hold the bar up! Lol
It's not that heavy but after doing so many reps of upper body workout with very minimal rest, maaannn ain't easy! Haha
Before the class starts, our trainer shows us the proper execution and use of each equipments to avoid physical injuries and to get the most of our workout.
We had a total of 11 stations, and each stations you workout on different muscle group. It's quite exhausting for just a short period of time, right after the second set, I felt a little beat up and the last two sets that's when every one starts swearing, haha!
One of us actually puked during the third set but she's totally fine.
It was just too intense for her and she indeed pushed her self which is good thing. Some people would try to reserve themselves even though they can truly push a little bit more.
No pain. No gain is the game!
This rope killed me! I love it and it hate it too. It really tests your core strength, shoulders and arms.
I need to practice this more. Thanks to our trainer for bringing all the equipments for the class.
How are you finding training with a mask on? I see some people doing it at the soccer field I can’t do it I refuse I need my fresh air

We're not wearing the mask while working out, it's just for the photos lol
