EURO 2020 RACE FOR GOLDEN BOOT

Although the decision on who is going to win the golden boot is skeptical due to the fact that player who is topping the race to win the golden boot is out of the competition. Premiership highest goal scorer Harry Kane can clinch the cup if the player can get two goals in the final match when they play Italian team on Sunday. England are in the final for the first time after so many year that the competition has started.

Although average wise we can basically say that there is high tendency that Ronaldo might claim the golden boot because apart from Griezmann no other player surpass the 5 goals that Ronaldo has scored.
Italian are well known for defensive game which gives Ronaldo confidence and hope of being the highest goal scorer in the tournament.

The queation is can Harry score two goal against a strong defensive team like Italy that hardly concede more than 1 goal per match?
Definitely why not, despite the fact that they have a very solid defence harry Kane area threat might be of help in getting pass the Italian defence
My favorite for the golden boot is Federico Chiesa from the Italian team
I dont think he can get it because he hasn't score that much like the two people mentioned above. We can say he not a contestant

scoring one will not secure the the top position for him due to the fact that Ronaldo has an assist and his playing time is not up to that of Harry Kane

I doubt we will be seeing two goals from Harry Kane on Sunday against the strong Italian side. So it's safe to say Cristiano Ronaldo will leave with this individual accolade at the end of the tournament. And to think he recorded all those alone in the group games is really awesome from the Portugal International.

to buttress your point, the number of goal score from the past record is 5 goals or less except for goal scored by Griezmann in the last competition. so for me i don't really think he can meet up.
Yeah. Griezmann really did well in 2016 with six goals in seven matches for France. He was really outstanding that year. Would be really difficult for anyone to get such numbers
Harry kane, I believe can clinch this feet at the next game ie the final, but scoring a goal is not the issue but can he score twice against a composed defensive side like the azzuries ( that name gives blushes) I don't think so....
Definitely I agreed with you as nothing is impossible in the world of football and it will be a record breaking one for him
